Phone App not syncing with car

My iOS phone app has stopped syncing with the car. Has worked fine until now. Has anyone else experienced this?

Happens from time to time. Can be due to the car not having an internet connection or vw doing maintenance on the back end systems. Usually comes back in a few hours, although sometimes it can be a couple of days.

Is the car showing as being connected, globe is white not grey on the main display?

Globe is showing as grey.
So car is not connected to internet. Hopefully it will reconnect soon.
