You can press it, nothing bad will happen.
It wil take you to another menu where you can select other options, such as an USB stick.
After that you can click reboot to normal mode and it will take you back to the normal screen.
From there (if you have the software) the infotainment software can be manually updated.
With the Tiguan, just like with an Android phone for example, you can update the infotainment software either OTA or manually.
But the software is not available to end users, so the menu, at least for now, is only useful to the workshop.
