Only DQ381 and DQ500 are used on SUV's.

I don't have a Tiguan manual PDF, sorry. Those things are usually pretty tightly controlled by the manufacturer.

You can find DSG model in VW configurator (Technical Data). E. g. VW.de lists DQ381-7F for 1.5 MHEV model, did not look if it is the same for others.
