Are you experiencing the problem with radio or another media source? If the latter it could be the quality of the recording or issues playing via Bluetooth. Be worth checking the settings on the device and if using Bluetooth try using a wired connection
Mainly listen to dab radio which we know can vary greatly from station to station, got some music on usb (used hi bit rate/quality) and still not over impressed. Thanks
Update on audio issues. Messing around with settings again. In the volume settings menu the level for voice enhancer was set approx mid point (assuming this was default) I've set this to off ie to left and this seems to have eliminated the echo chamber effect, so can hold conversations and cough without reverberation, still don't think sound as good as previous facelift, suspect this is due to centre front speaker on top of the dash. As with other issues a decent owners manual either physical or digital would help...

Thanks for replies, adjusted audio settings and can't seem to get decent sound
Well I have adjusted the sound on my one week old Mk3 Elegance and it’s now just as good as the sound was in my Mk2 SEL ….i.e. an excellent sound rich in bass, treble, etc..
Sounds to me like you have grounds for an investigation by your supplying dealer as it might be defective.
