I have had my 2024 Tiguan rline launch edition black etsi 150, for a week now very pleased with it , I got the full
spec on it , matrix lights , power tailgate, keyless entry, heads-up display, driver assist, infotainment plus screen which is a
Must !! Lovely with apple car play 👍 I took it back in yesterday as the drivers massage seat is not working passenger seat is all good working , they could not fix it as it’s a software issue which is being worked on at VW , not a big thing but it will need going back in when it’s available, first thing I would say is turn the speed limit and lane guidance off each time you start the car otherwise it will drive you nuts ,
Anything you need to know about the car just ask here to help , I have had loads of tiguans they are great cars 👍

Mine is basic spec, the dealers was like yours, interestingly i had a issue with the car connecting to the app, when I contacted the dealer they said it was a known software issue and there will he a fix soon, well it wasn't and they just hadnt connected me up properly on set up day, I redid it after advice on here and it worked perfectly after.

Finding it a real pain having to turn off all Assists everytime I drive the car. The automatic breaking system kicks in whether you're going forward or backwards. If you're not expecting it, it's horrendous. Wife and daughter now get into the brace position everytime I reverse out the drive!

If you go into the settings menu in Park Assist you can switch off Manoeuvre Braking and that should stop the car slamming on the brakes. It does reset each time though and agree it is a nuisance that it is so sensitive for you, but that may make your life a little easier

You can turn off the assists from the ok button on the steering wheel quite quickly.

As long as you are in classic view, set screen to display assist system... Then it's just a click on the steering wheel OK button twice to turn off lane assistance, go down to turn off others
